The sending of your parcel
Parcels are generally sent out 48hrs after receipt of your payment. The standard sending is done by a registered parcel called Colissimo, handed over without a signature. Please contact us if you wish to sign for the reception of your parcel, this will imply an extra charge. Whatever type of dispatching you choose, we will send you a link as quickly as possible to follow the delivery of your parcel.
Sending costs include packaging, handling and postage expenses. These costs may contain a set part and a variable part, depending on the price or the weight of your order. We recommend you to group together your purchases in one and the same order. We cannot join two separate orders, and separate delivery costs will be invoiced for each delivery. Your parcel is sent out at your own risk. Parcels with fragile contents are handled with care.
