Chestnut flour cake

 

500g chestnut flour (or 25g wheat flour and 250 g chestnut flour) 150g  sugar, 1 packet of yeast, 3 eggs, milk, fresh cream, a pinch of salt, vanilla flavour and dry fruit.

Sift the chestnut flour, mix the flour, the sugar, the yeast and the salt. Make a hole and put in the entire eggs. Poor the milk and the fresh cream. Work the pastry until you get a smooth mixture.
 

Add the vanilla flavour and the dry fruit. Put the mixture in a tin greased with butter and cook in the oven for 1 hour. It is possible to change the recipe and make a marbled chocolate cake.
